You may have already seen this but Adobe Proto is an interactive Wire Framing tool that allows you to create wireframes on a tablet device then test it out (Android only though ATM). Great if your project is tablet specific or has a large part of it centered around tablets. But it looks a little awkward to use in some cases and its not out yet for iphone/ipad. That said I would still like to try it out...

Neat mobile app that shows you shapes to build out of your Lego kit where you can then take photos of your creations and they get converted into Lego type images. 

Now this is something I would get my phone out for.

Interesting mashup of QR codes, shopping mal boards and smart phones that allows passers to scan food and buy online via their smart phone by scanning in the QR codes. Nice idea and I can think of loads of uses for this... idea engine kicking in now!!!
